Since our establishment in 2013, we aim to make perfect production by combining our technological infrastructure, our designer side and our producer identity.

Together with our expert team, we always work for the best; We undertake the production partnership of brands such as Jako, Umbro, Kappa and Hummel that have proven themselves in the sportswear world.

With our 40,000 square meter production facility and a team of 500 people, we produce …… ready-to-wear products per day and bring our products together with users all over the world.

Our products, which we offer especially to the team sports sector; It also has audit certificates such as European standards and international quality and production documents required for export, SEDEX and BSCI.

In addition to its production and distribution in the Turkish market, we export our quality all over the world by exporting to nearly twenty countries in the European, Middle Eastern and African markets, especially to countries such as Germany, the Netherlands and Italy.

As VIP SPORT, we confirm to produce in a way that will ensure the natural transfer of world resources to the next generations and to ensure a level of transparency based on data, information transfer, in order to produce products in healthy conditions and in accordance with human health of consumers.

OUR ACTIVITIES

VIP SPOR carries out contract manufacturing organization activities in cooperation with its suppliers in various regions of Turkey in the product groups of which it is an expert.

The following activities are carried out in our organization:

Order Receiving Process

It covers the process of creating the production order made before the purchase of services and materials in order to take orders or make costing.

Production Preparation Process

It covers the sample approval processes in which samples to represent the production required to enter production are prepared.

Fabric Purchasing

Conducting AR-GE  and trend fabric studies covers the process until the fabrics to be used in the model are supplied in the desired quality, at the most reasonable price and on time, until they are shipped to the warehouse.

Accessory Purchasing

It covers the process starting from the AR-GE and cost studies of the accessories to be used in the model, to the delivery of the accessories to the warehouse by providing the accessories in the desired quality, at the most reasonable price and on time.

Fabric Warehouse

It covers the processes of accepting the supplied fabrics into the warehouse stock, returning them to the supplier or sending them to the contract workshop after the pre-acceptance and quality control.

Accessory Warehouse

It covers the processes of accepting the incoming accessories and consumables in the warehouse stock, returning them to the supplier or sending them to the contract workshop after they are checked in terms of quantity and quality.

Cutting Process

It covers the determination of the unit weight/quantity requirement of the fabric to be used, the service planning of the slaughterhouses within VIP SPORT, and the follow-up and control processes.

Contract Service Purchasing and Production Process

It includes planning the contract supplier capacity according to the order received, finding alternative contract suppliers, following the production process of the contract suppliers and applying internal/intermediate quality control processes.

Supplier Monitoring and Evaluation

It covers the processes of measurement-evaluation, classification and inspection, development, contract management at certain periods according to the pre-determined performance criteria of the supplier companies from which fabric, accessories and service are procured.

Shipment Process

It covers the processes of quality control of the finished product and the follow-up of the shipment to the logistics warehouse.
